About Us | Our Company
Solid Foundations
Established in 1993 by father-daughter duo Nouhad and Joumana Dammous, with the instrumental support of the late Claude Comaty-Dammous, Hospitality Services is an event management and publishing company based in Beirut, Lebanon.
The firm organizes major industry trade fairs and consumer events that stand at the heart of the region’s food, hospitality and tourism sectors. It has successfully franchised its HORECA brand in KSA, Kuwait and Jordan. In addition, the company has sound expertise in creating special events for clients both locally and internationally.
Hospitality Services has also developed digital platforms for its publications
— Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler
— which are key references for the hospitality, food, lifestyle and tourism sectors. For almost three decades, Hospitality Services has evolved to become an industry leader. The organization’s mission is to continue developing its activities and initiatives to further promote gastronomy, foster the region’s hospitality and foodservice industries and recognize creative talent.
The company continuously seeks to improve the quality of its services through clear objectives, investment in its people and compliance to legal requirements. Its ISO accreditation is further affirmation of the firm’s commitment to superior quality standards.
Social Commitment
Hospitality Services is a socially responsible business, working closely with local NGOs, non-profit associations and all those seeking to better Lebanon and the region at large. Through its exhibitions and publications, the company has supported associations such as Al Younbouh (Rehabilitation Center for Mentally Disabled Adults), the Association for Forests, Development and Conservation (AFDC), the Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa, Chance (Children Against Cancer), FISTA Beirut for Special Needs, Paradis d’Enfants, Toufoula, Shouf Biosphere Reserve, DHIAFEE Program, Caritas, Restaurants du Coeur, Tamanna and many more.
Hospitality Services has also supported ADFTH (l’Association pour le Développement de la Formation Touristique et Hotelière), awarding the “Nouhad Dammous Prize of Excellence” to a high achieving hospitality student, with a $5,000 scholarship.
